Bearded tits in poor weather on k-3

Last week there were a few bearded tits hanging around, but they didn't come in that close and I only have the 300mm. Light was poor and I was only getting 1/250th at f4.5 and ISO800. So possibly a touch of motion blur just about shows in some images and had to put noise reduction at 11 (in LR4) but still plenty of detail left.

These are cropped down below 10% of original photo too.
