Battery Charger, Opionions required

Anybody go any comments on this battery charger before I commit to an Ansmann one.

No experience of it though, so unfortunately can't comment.

Looks interesting!
The Ansmann one is huge, and can charge combinations of 6 AA or AAA cells, 2 x PP3s, 4 x C and 4 x D cells.
If you're only charging AA cells, then your link looks more portable. Also, since it's powered by an external charger you may be able to run it from the car too The Ansmann Digi-8 is mains only.

Here is what some of amazon.com customers had to say about the version 32, and not all good. In fact, some very bad news. The version 32, it seems, was prone to overheating. Maybe the version 33 is better. I thought of buying one but I couldn't figure out what the external cable was for and I didn't like some of the reviews. If the 33 works without problem, I can't think of any other functions and info one might need in a battery charger.

Thanks for the repies, think I'll stick with getting the Ansmann.
