Barmouth Problems

I was on holiday last week in North Wales and was in the right place at the wrong time for this poor chap in Barmouth.

I had to feel really sorry for him as there were people everywhere watching him after this happened.

It appeared that while trying to tow his boat out of the water on the trailer it started to slide backwards on the trailer.
This must have caused some vibration which then caused the trailer to unattach itself from the car.
The car then went backwards smashing the rear windscreen with the trailer.

He was the owner and driver. The bloke on the left had just got off another boat to help him.

Seems like someone not to go boating with...

First fail to attach trailer to car correctly then fail to secure boat onto trailer

Second drive up slope so that boat slides off of trailer, trailer detaches from car so that towball socket points up in air

Third fail to engage handbrake so that car rolls back causing window to smash on towball socket

Forth get out of car and act suprised that its all gone wrong!!!!

Don't
Good luck
