Actually, that's quite an interesting and unique image. Almost 'painterly' if you see what I mean. I like it.

Yes, definitely painterly, and all the better for that. But at least it's possible to make out what's in the distance. I can remember taking a similar picture on holiday in which it was impossible to say what was outside the car (and in case you're wondering, the car was parked - I wasn't driving blind while holding a camera!).

Absolutely, LennyBloke! Over the weekend just gone, Mrs Urbanmeister, aka She Who Must Be Obeyed, and I went to the Scottish National Gallery to see an exhibition, ‘A Taste for Impressionism - Modern French Art from Millet to Matisse.’ I think that's what resonated with me about this.A bit of cropping and it's a masterpiece....
