i like the 3rd one but the thames looks abit grainy dont you think?

It does a bit ,I was going for the old film look but over did it a bit

I really like it too, and think it's worth a little work.
First and foremost, it needs straightening, which timk did but maybe a little too much imo.
I played around with it, and this is my result:

I straightened it according to the center post on the bridge.
Then got rid of the column on the left and the dark shadow at the bottom, to align the picture to the "rule of thirds".
Then just a bit of adjustment in curves (gimp) to bring out the reflections.
