I knew somehow this would happen... Who is responsible now? The principle of the thing was bad to start with and now comes this massive erosion on any safeguarding or control of information. Stop it now.

Oh no no no, because...
despite the fact that incorrect alerts grant zero points and alerts "in good faith" even if no crime is committed grant 1 point,
and despite the fact that if you want to alert more than 3 times a month you can just purchase 3 more alert allowance for £1...

The camera owner will then feedback (rate) the result of the alert. Their feedback is converted into points and entered into a Viewers monthly league table. At the end of each month the highest scoring Viewer will receive the reward money; this could be split in the event of a tie.

Now, let's wait for Running Man online. And these people laughed at SF books not so long time ago...

It sounds real daft and people will have a go in the hope of winning the reward money.

I once thought of doing a project on cameras in public spaces. Of course the first thing I imagined would happen was me in police cell. Freedom does not work both ways does it?

I regularly photograph cameras and make a point of being highly visible while doing so. I think being furtive might have consequences.
