HMMMN....bears more than a passing resemblance to my ex-mother-in-law.
Red hair...beedy eyes...facial hair......add some hoop earings and bright red lipstick....

I should hope so too Don Mothers (and Fathers) in law are the best thing since sliced bread....at least mine were, like second parents in fact.
