Apex shutter speed?

I've noticed these type of values for a while now, can someone tell me what the APEX values are about please. Google is not my friend today.

# Shutter Speed Value (APEX) = 3906891/1000000
Shutter Speed (Exposure Time) = 1/15.00 second
# Aperture Value (APEX) = 761471/100000

Google "exif apex", you should get some including http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/APEX_system

Thanks Daniel, for some reason i couldn't see what I wanted in the results. My dog was ill and i may have been too distracted to look properly.

I read it but as it was wikipedia I didn't actually believe it!

but it ends with 'pedia', it must be true!
