We were asked to mark Anzac day from our driveway this year

It was a moving moment with candles burning and the last post broadcast over speakers as the sun rose.
C&C welcome.

Great silhouette technique! You seem to have found just the right amount of dark space within an unconventional layout (the high horizon) , making a lovely shot.

BTW, it's hard to imagine "social distancing" being much of a challange out there for you Don.....

My mum is in a care home south of the Gold Coast and it was heartening to get an update from them last week to say they have not had any cases, and were able to let some visitors in again.

Nice to see you again Nigel , and you will be pleased to hear that QLD are lifting some restrictions from Sat 2nd, yay will be able to get the bike out again.
Stay safe over there.

Well, it's hard to know exactly how to "stay safe" frankly..... I'm still travelling in to London on 4 trains to work 4 days a week, there are four kids at home like a long holiday, and the wife's expecting in June..... So it's very much life as normal!!

This coronavirus thing has hardly changed anything for us at all, except that I'm the one who has to go to the supermarket every time.....

Beautiful ... BUT... What is beautiful is the colour in the sky and the silhouettes but for me I think there is too much dark at the bottom of the frame that detracts the eye and a lot of this could be cropped out. Of course this is only my opinion
