Hi bud i am new myself to using strobes and have learned some ideas off youtube, off camera flash is so much better, great to start a meet but it depends on which neck of the woods we are living in.

Certainly interested, live in Edinburgh. I just got my second flash. Newcastle might be a good meeting point depending on where others live. It's about 100 miles from both Leeds & Edinburgh.

Newcastle could be a possibility. I thought that there would have been more interest in this thread? It would appear that in terms of off camera strobist work, we are a minority. Anyway I will keep my fingers crossed and see if there is more interest.

Anyway, I know their are regular Pentax meet up's, but I don't think I have ever seen a post for a Pentax Strobist meet.
Obviously still a bit cold at the moment, but I was wondering if anyone would be interested? I have a diverse range of kit for strobist work which I would be happy to allow others to try out and learn some basics. I would like to meet up with likeminded people share ideas and knowledge before I spend any money on attending a specific course and was wondering if other people out there were interested.
If you are interested just post questions and ideas below.
