Have we started before from the point of view that we only have mono because they could not invent a colour process. If they had done that first nobody would bother with mono.

Nice one Martin, Well done.
Is it an HDR image? or a tone-mapped raw or something? The sky has more tone in it than I would expect for an essentially dark scene.

Well done.
I haven't submitted any for ages so put 3 up at the beginning of the week (2 water drop shots and my avatar) and noticed this morning all 3 had been accepted.
I can never work out what they are actually looking for, I can guarantee if I put them up next week they would be rejected.

Nothing like that. No HDR involved. It was a short moment of breaking clouds and wonderful side lighting. I did some local enhancements in the sky, using curves and soft light blending modes. Nice one Martin, Well done.

In the sub menu: "contact us", fill in the invitation form and wait a couple of days for approval.

I'll guess it all depends on who takes the trouble of voting. Different tastes every time.Well done.

Martin,
Thanks for the help getting approval to submit images - I put one up to test the water and had it accepted .

I'm well chuffed, it's been a good week for me photographically, I got a second place in our local photography club's monthly competition and then got this accepted, just cracked a beer to celebrate
