They're practically the same camera so not a lot between them at all.
The K-30 was on runout pricing recently, not sure if it still is, which made it an exceptional buy.
That said I believe I'm having an issue with my K-30 Aperture Motor, which is leading to random over and under exposed images fairly often now. So, with mixed emotions, I'd have to recommend that you consider a warranty on anything new, ideally of the 2 year variety...

If you're getting another body take 2 bodies out on shoots then use identical bodies. 2nd hand K-5's are great value at the moment

Multiple bodies is a great way to always be prepared. My go-to kit is two K5s with 35 and 77 Ltds on. So convenient!
I have a 3rd K5 which is a bit of a luxury, so I could be persuaded to part with it
