Nice comp, Nice colours and focus where it should be.
The pollen is fine for me, and it's in focus too, so I'd leave it. It's a nice relief against the purple.

Focus does seem to be easier with this lens than many others. (Tripod and focus ring used here rather than hand held and move to and fro until in focus).

The small white specks on a petal could, of course, be cloned out but why not accept nature as it is?
K3 + Irix 150mm macro @ f4.
