You'll have to ask them, as they are not connected to Pentax User, unless someone who is a member of both forums noticed?

They have so many competitions on that site I'm not sure which competition you're referring to. If you go to the home page there are links for Official Photo Contests and Pentax Events, both of which have various competition announcements in.
