I didn't know they came with triggers too. Does it fire a bullet through the lens like that spy camera I saw somewhere or other?Just pulled the trigger on a Sigma...

It is an illusion that photos are made with the camera… they are made with the eye, heart and head. Henri Cartier-Bresson
Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

I think Kris meant this one.

C.I.A. single-shot gun-camera (1966)
The Stinger is a single-shot re-loadable .22 magnum pen-gun, perhaps the single most popular weapon of the C.I.A. In 1966 the Stinger has been "swallowed" by an Asahi Pentax 35mm SLR and properly cocked via camera’s film advance lever. It shot by shutter release button breaking the lens elements in front of it.

Have you thought of a PK fit Sigma 12-24mm f4.5-5.6 DG? Ideal if you do any 35mm film work as it covers full frame.

If any of you are REALLY bothered about avoiding distortion, you need to stop buying zooms altogether and buy primes...

I got my Sigma in today, and although I don't have anything postable yet (my test shots are of my house complete with street sign in front - not something I'm posting online ) the images it produces are fantastic. The build quality is fantastic, and the EX finishing style (gold stripe plus it sparkles!) is really lovely. Thanks for the help folks!

I'd be more worried about the recoil with the camera gun - even .22 could give you a bloody nose if it was intended to be fired as though the shooter was taking a photo!
