Acer Campestre

The winged seeds of a Field Maple.

Three images, stacks of 19 each in Combine ZP, blended together in Elements 11 Panorama.

Thanks for looking & have a Good Sunday.

Roger.

Strangely beautiful. And nicely photographed, as usual.

But is it upside down ?? (You're in good company if it is, apparently there's a Mondrian that's been hanging upside down in art galleries, it took 70 years for someone to notice :shock.

Steve

Great image and, as Lubbyman says, strangely beautiful. (His other comment about upside down and the Mondrian also made me laugh. I thought that clever.)

My initial thought was that it was a strange, unknown moth heading towards the lens. One image, multiple interpretations.

Agreed - except I saw it as a delicately coloured bat

Beautifull, but I'm sure I seen it in an alien movie

I'll be the spoilsport. I recognized it at once - but then, I do grow acers from seed. I confess I haven't see one with those lovely colours though. Great detail too.

The detail is quite stunning.
