And presumably he is risking detention under the new terrorism laws which curtail our freedom to photograph (and I assume record in other ways) the police in action?

Come on, of course not.

Anyway, your on your own with that, 'cos even the Police Federation recognise that that law is 'barmy and unworkable'.

If you want an explanation, it alludes (not in a literal sense) to the police that find themselves 'in the picture' so to speak, and under investigation over they're awful behaviour at the G20 protests.

I jus' presented an ironic view, thats all!
