Cheers Andy, i did try a square crop on no1 but wasnt sure, thought the dark sides helped lead the eye to the brighter center, will post it here and see what you think.

Hmmm. It certainly makes the church stand out better. However I would agree that perhaps a bit more of the tree is needed - maybe on the rhs just up to or including the splash of light at its base in your original image. So no longer quite a square crop!

2 jumped out. It's lovely. 4 is in desperate need of straightening, however - water looks very odd at an angle!

Number 1 has far too much black for me - the square crop is much better. Even then I would lift some detail out of the foreground - it helps to lead the viewer to the building more effectively and gives more depth to the image.
Number 2 is the top choice for me - wonderful colours in the nicely composed scene and especially in the reflections.
Cheers.

Yes indeed, no 2 (in colour) is the one! Very interesting composition, unique colours and very well tonally balanced. Great job!
There's a bit of sky burnout on each of the others, very large amount on your last shot there, so I'd be concentrating on exposing more for the sky to avoid this. You can pull up the overall brightness afterwards and then keep good detail in the sky.
