I've seen temperature inversions before, mainly in the Lake District, but never before so close to home. Right place, right time is all I can say! Hope these appeal as much as the views did to me at the time, just a couple of days ago. K1 + DFA 28-105

That's a cracking set John - 7 & 8 appeal particularly, but they are all good

Thanks, John. The soft warmth of the sunlight, as well as the novelty of the mist in the valleys, really made it hard to mess up, photographically speaking!

A fascinating set, John. #7 looks quite eerie.

Very nice, John. I prefer the latter part of the set for their mood (from 6 onward) - 7 and 9 especially, for their composition under the mist.

Too many great image to say a favourite but I do like the closer in images and the mist around the trees.
