Super set. See it is working fine with the 10-20 too.
The 10-20 is ok for some but can give dismal results for other shots, it certainly needs a lot of care to get anything useful. The 18-55 just takes it in its stride

Nice foliage shots Karma'. I would apply some film grain, they look a little clean for me.
Ever since I bought U2's 'The Unforgettable Fire' all those years ago, I have always wanted to achieve something similar, but never did. Your images are certainly waking me up to IR photography again.
Have you thought about getting out to some remote Heritage building sites (castles, abbeys etc.) and shooting these in IR?

Yes, they are cleaner than the ones from the Sony. In the past I've added some grain and a little diffuse glow to make them more film-like. Part of the challenge is the huge exposure disparity between sunlit foliage and shaded areas.
Not bad for a 6 megapixel body and the old kit lens!
I used to be a National Trust member but left a couple of years ago when they were getting funny about photographers - many in my IR gallery were taken near their properties. I do plan to get out to some suitable locations.

The NT are in a much more reasonable mood these days, and even inside properties they usually welcome cameras.
This batch of images is very promising - some i might think of tweaking a little, such as the tonal values in nos. 4 and 6, but they really are splendid. The effort was absolutely worthwhile.

Minor adjustments to 4 and 6 carried out - you may need to refresh your browser. 6 has odd tones anyway, I might start again from the raw file and have another go at some point.

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.
