The A 1.4X-S Teleconverter is one of Pentax's best and works great with most lenses including the 55-300mm. I've never noticed any vignetting on digital there might be some on full frame with certain lenses.
£85 is a bargain.

A lot of interest in the converters (thanks Algernon), but they've both been sold now.
Thanks for all your interest.

Most of these lenses were bought new by me and have been very well looked after. They all come with front and back caps, but no box:
A 2X-S Teleconverter Mint £90
A 1.4X-S Teleconverter Exc++ £85 (includes original leather case)
M 200 f4 Mint £40
M 150 f3.5 Exc++ £40
M 135 f3.5 Mint- £30
M 28 f2.8 Exc+++ £30
The teleconverters work really well with the DA telephoto primes like the DA300 (particularly the 1.4x), but obviously in manual focus only.
The rare M150/3.5 is particularly handy as it's only slightly bigger than the more common M135/3.5 but with some useful extra reach.
PM me if interested.
Thanks,
R
