save your money and buy a card reader instead. It'll be much cheaper and you never know, when you've caught the bug as well, you can use it too
Just attach card reader to PC and leave it connected. WHen you want to import images from camera (card) to PC simply remove it from camera and place in reader.
You'll end up buying one anyway so why not do it now?

As I figure out my battery issues (can't understand why Pentax isn't more informative in their Quick Start or Detailed CD), I realize that I'll need the 3 volt AC Adapter if I'm to spend any time connected to my computer.
Explorer and eBay searches have yielded zip for the Optio 60.
Pentax Canada shows the optional adapter for the Optio S60 as K-AC5U Model no. 39530. (I'm ass-of-u-and-me-ing that they're using the same adapter?)
I've asked them how I can order one, but just in case they come up dry, any leads?
