Thanks again everyone!
Patrick for shot 1 I used a hitech 0.9 reverse nd grad lined up along the top of the pier. It was taken around 45 minutes before sunrise so it was very dark & no other filters needed to get the long exposure. In shot 7 I used a lee big stopper & 0.6 hard grad on the sky.
