Thank you Steve,
They are absolutely stunning.
I can hear the noise, smell the smoke and gunpowder.
I just need a baked potato now.
Kind regards
Charlotte

great set
i'll try that tip on pushing the blacks on my firework photos. i like the smoke in some, but would be nice to get a cleaner image in others

Very nice indeed. A lot better than many I've seen.
#6 would have been magnificent if it hadn't been cut off by the edge of the frame. I guess you zoomed it out a bit for #9, but the impact isn't the same.
I reckon you should try putting some of them in a montage, and making them brighter if possible.
It could end up as a fabulous print if you were able to stitch them together nicely. Quite a lot of effort, but likely worth it.

Nice shots. I agree with ChrisA's comment and print some, I would choose the best three and print them as a tryptich. (did I spell that right?)

Somewhere warm and sunny
all taken with the DA*16-50 at f16 set on bulb plus tripod and IR remote. Cropped and blacks pushed up in LR3 (it helps to get rid of the smoke) but no other editing.
