I believe so. I have a PK/A version(not with me right now so I can't check) and it is called something like a Teleplus KA/X MC7 2x macro-focussing teleconverter. I believe it's the KA that tells you it is a PK/A version.

Yes, it's pretty good. I've tested around half a dozen cheap teleconverters, and this one was probably tied with the Tamron F system 2x for best IQ. The macro feature is quite useful too. It's quite large though, about the same size as a 50mm lens.

Good luck, on eBay I would be looking to pay no more than £20 for a non-macro one. The macro one perhaps £30 or £40.
