That lens is top of my shopping list. I'd love to know what you think of it. The DA* 50-135 was worth every penny. At least you should get a good example, there are horror stories of duff examples floating around the net.
The only lens that is tempting me from the 16-50 is the 12-24...

Aye im guessing this is good because it will have been sent back to have the problems fixed
Ive heard the 12-24 is a very nice compliment to the 16-50 because of the overlapping focal lengths

Im waiting for a weathersealed wide lens.. they should seal the 12-24 and announce it at PMA as a MKII

Just arrived
Bloody hell
I knew SDM would make it faster
but I just laughed when I focused it the first time
its ridiculous!
Only downside so far is that between 28 and 35mm the zoom ring is a bit stiff, but im sure that will change with time
