I dont think any non-pro labs do medium format now. I've used B&S in Glasgow for many years for processing, good knowledgable and fast. They have a place in Edinburgh http://www.b-s.co.uk/home/contact-us, their prices and packages are online. You can send then files by email or ftp as well and you don't need to set up a proper account, they're very trusting. I have to say that recently I haven't gotten particularly clean whites on prints but I still recommend them. They also sell film properly refrigerated.
Another option for film is a Jessops 'pro' shop, I use Glasgow Sauchiehall St and again the film is kept in fridges, there must be a pro shop in Edinburgh. Calumet is another option.

Lab35 also do 120 and are very good with a range of packages. I am just about to order some film from 7Dayshop for the 645.

Thanks for the updates folks.
The B&S place in Edinburgh is quite close to our new office so that will be a convenient option.
7-day shop looks pretty cheap for film so that's sorted as well.
