From what I understand, the original baffle was modified so Unlocker purchased a new replacement one which should be complete and slot back in if required - 5 screws and a 2 minute job! Can't see any reason to want to have to do that though :?::?: I feel sure if you were to ask, he'd do it for you...

Will It not need re-gluing back to the SDM ring - or is the SDM ring part of the replacement baffle? My camera is a K-S2, so I'd probably like the lens back to standard.

From the picture he posted above it looks complete, ready to slot back in. The actual SDM contacts will need removing to replace the baffle and re-inserting to complete the process. Your best bet if you're interested in purchasing is to PM Unlocker with any concerns and to reserve the lens. If I ...
