K10D, Takumar 300, Jupiter 9
Thats why I wrote I'll throw it in for free. To be honest, I haven't noticed too obvious effects of those marks, apart from a random flare sometimes. The Jupiter lens came to me like this, I took it to a camera workshop where they did disassembled it and cleaned and re-lubricated the focus thread. N...

K10D, Takumar 300, Jupiter 9
Do you find this price too high? Really? Seems like a great price to me, I'd just hang on a bit longer. I've just come back from a 5 week holiday and am now paying the bills, otherwise I'd buy it myself :)

FS: Pentax DA 40mm Ltd
Hi Ken, I know! I'm re-evaluating my lens lineup and I'm going to use the cash from this to invest in a zoom for now. I'd love to have a full set of primes but financial realities mean I can't! I'm going to get a general zoom and then focus on other areas that I want to cover off.

For Sale - K-7 Body £375
Yes just £375, no that's not a typo. I'm selling this on behalf of a friend who has upgraded to a K-5. The reason it's so cheap is that the box and most of the original accessories were "misplaced" during a house move. Here's a picture of what you'll actually get for your money: There's t...

Wanted: 58mm UV filter
Thanks, PM replied. I'll wait for Gartmore for now since he offered first as I quite fancy the sound of having a Pentax made filter :P (well, they're probably both made by hoya) I'll get back to you if Gartmore's doesn't fit me but thanks for the offer :)

wanted: fast short tele
Yes, I've got the Pentax D-FA 100mm. I tried three Tamrons 90mm/2.8 and they seemed to be out of focus in one way or another. I also tried a Sigma 105mm/2.8 macro (the non DG version) which was OK, slightly warmer colours than the DG version but it focused slower than the D-FA 100 and was at leas...

FS:M42 lenses and screw fit goodies
I am new to this site, but I wanted to send a message and find out if these two lenses were still available? I generally use M42 lenses but my sister keeps borrowing them, and regularly not giving them back so I've just let her keep them and am looking for some replacements for myself. Where roughly...

FS: Pentax A 70-210 f4
I have a Pentax A 70-210 f4 lens in excellent condition. The focus action is smooth, virtually no zoom-creep, lovely optics and only a few minor signs of wear on the barrel. Not really sure how much these go for nowadays (ffordes has a Mint- at £135, Andrews has an Excellent at £115) so I'll sta...
