Congratulations Dr O- a truly evocative image. You have a clear "style" because I recognised that the shot was probably yours from the thumbnail- you produce consisent high quality images, something to aspire to.
Look forward to the comments later- a really good subject choice, quite a big divide between the old and the new or hi-tech and lo-tech

Great Shot Dr'O, I had that pegged as my winner. A great atmospheric evocative shot.
Cant wait for the "warts n all" comments. Great quick decision from our judge Bill_And.

Lots of dynamic in this B&W and a very authentic picture (actually- this way I like it much mire, compared to the colored version with probably red wheels) - am interested now in the overall evaluation of the pictures

As all winners must confess judging is a hard job and the time to give to it with everything else that happens in life can be difficult.
I also feel that we have been spoiled by the high quality of feedback that has been given on this competition for many months.
Congratulations on earning the win to give you the judging of this comp Bill_And.
Give feedback when you get the time. Best regards to all.

I was waiting for the judging and comments before offering my congrats to Dr O, but something has obviously happened to Bill_And, hopefully nothing serious.
Anyway well done Adrian
