Thank you very much for entering the competition. I apologize for the delay but I was extremely busy last few days. The topic of the competition was open so it was very difficult to judge.

chelseablue - nice car in the background Straightforward and simple approach to the topic

MarjutL – my eyes feel lost in this frame. Nice colors but there is not point of interest in the frame.

JudithAnn – very nice color, I like atmosphere of this shot

Bluejohn – for my taste the frame is a bit overload. Good multilayer work

mikew - who do not want to be reach I like the composition.

bforbes – very nice colors and graphic, I like this shot

elscotto – good idea, falling into the dream. Technically would be much better. Keep trying.

Aiki – I like an idea but montage is too visible. It makes composition unbalanced.

Heidi – another multilayer work. I like an idea but it wold look much better without white fade element in foreground

darlene – I hope that he will fly this plane some day. Nice picture

Lilly – delightful and works excellent in mono. Very creative. Multilayer reality on the multilayer work. Well done.

beakynet – nice shot taken in difficult conditions, iso1600 so it must be with noise

Malo1961 – hmmm I still can not find a clue to this picture

Jyrkira – excellent work, two levels of reality in the same frame, a slipping man and his dream in the same frame. Nice colors and composition.

Snappycaz – another great entry. It looks like an impressionist picture. On the border between dream and reality. I like this shot.

lensacape – great portrait, do you have dreams like that?? I like color and composition

sumanta – nice B&W but 2/3 of white space in the frame makes the composition unbalanced

GlynM – I LOVE this work. This is the funniest entry I ever seen. Hipperty made my day.

Spad – nice experiment with zooming

Results:

1: Smash the clock by Jyrkira

2: Waiting for the Water Imps by Snappycaz

3: of being on that Rarotongan beach again soon! - Lilly

Special distinction for GlynM for the funniest entry in the competition.

Thank you for entries.

Congratulations !!!

Many thanks for the special distinction. It was definitely a tongue-in-cheek submission.

Hipperty is very pleased but I'm afraid the fame & success has gone a bit to his head and it will be a while before he calms down. However I'm sure he will be back and appear in some future photo submissions

Rapala, thank you for the judging & for the feedback. I'm thrilled to have my entry selected second. Glad you liked it.

Glad Hipperty got a mention too.

Lilly's entry was my favourite.
