Garethjmorgan Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep -
What a colourful interpretation of this book, and you have put it together well. It's sharp and eye catching and fits the brief well. A great one to start with. Thank you

RayW Shades of Grey
Grey it is, a completely different feel to this book, I can almost hear the waves crashing on the shore and feel the wind blowing on my face from this photo. This is not an author I know, but will look him up to see what kind of books he writes. From the title it fits the theme well, thank you.

Flan Suspense
Great book and a film. Love this cover, very modern, would do well as a book cover. I like the fact that you made it black and white, very appropriate. Thank you.

Simonmac The Birds.
Another good book cover, I like the way you have the birds at the front sharp and clear and then going out of focus. They do look like they are coming for us. Thank you

Noelcmn Black Boy.
Good photo of the boy, and I like the way he is positioned, leaning out of the frame as if it's a window. Again not an author I've heard of before but a good book cover for the title. Thank you

Lubbyman The loneliness of The Long Distance Runner.
This definitely gives you the feel of loneliness. Just the grass, the sky and you running with no one else around. It leaves us with lots of questions, how far have they run, how much further do they need to go, a good wrap around cover for this book I think. Thank you.

And so to the winners,
In 3rd place Lubbyman
In 2nd place Garethjmorgan
In 1st place Flan
Best regards

Sue

Thank you Sue for setting the competition and your kind words.

I found this very difficult, I genuinely have no idea how to make a composite! But I am now going to give it a go.

Well done to the winner and places. I must admit to a liking of Gareth's entry as the images are all taken by him. And I love Philip K. Dick.

All the best
