My apologies for being late with the comments. It has been one of those days but now it's all over .....

The first one broke out of the box straight away with a totally different idea of money! It really is a superb macro.

Every last detail of this image springs out at you. The dark background with its snazzy suit emphasises the fistful of cash that this shark so confidently handles. The snappy tie and handkerchief just sets off the ensemble perfectly.

I'm persistently reminded of the saying, "if it looks too good to be true ....". Such a sharp image of a quickly moving coin at only 1/100th second? It's a very well composed image but that glow tells me all isn't as it seems.
Pound Coin - Micro Writing by MikeInDevon
Excellent macro shot with a most educational result.

It's a pity this is in a foreign language and script. Perhaps it is a bank? Were it not for the known theme and the title we would never figure this out. Given all that we know about the context it's a good street shot (I think).
The addictiveness of chocolate by drofmit
Convoluted thinking at its best. I hope you enjoyed your reward after all the work in setting that up.

Thanks for the contest David... and the 3rd place... and the comments!
Congratulations to Micheal H and again to Gareth.
The two Chocolate Line lumps of real Belgian chocolate went back in their bag, the "straw" back in the drawer, the cash and card back in my wallet and the chocolate shavings went over some icecream!!
