This week I like to see your "frame within the frame" shots. The use of structures, trees, windows doorways etc. as examples of what you might use to create a frame within your photograph frame. I hope that makes sense, if you have any questions please do ask. Usual rules apply for the weekly, your image can have been taken at anytime but, it must have been taken with a Pentax camera. Good luck Best regards Nigel |

Frames and chains by Johnriley
The technical side of the image all very well handled and an image that certainly makes you think and question. The passive expression combined with the chained to the frame wrists, intriguing.
I'm Coming Out by sueriley
A digital framing which has cleverly been combined with the sculpture to great effect in my opinion.
Five hundred years in a window frame by davidwozhere
A good use of a window as a porthole out onto a range of different buildings with construction on going adding to the interest.
Art Class by garathjmorgan
A good use of subject matter to create this final clever image. Very well done and certainly draws you in.
Garden by MHOL190246
A lovely choice of window creating a frame around and through a beautiful garden, the shapes and trees in the garden creating further patterns as they interact with the window frame, well observed.
Encandres by Francisbd
Nice to have a street scene, broken into two main frames within the frame. I feel like i am sat in a café enjoying a coffee whilst watching life going on in the street, the framing drawing me more into the scene.
Selfie Syndrome by Noelcmn
An entertaining and amusing muti frame image. Great fun and clever use of the old shaving mirror.
Through the Window by retsoor
A classic framing, we've got the texture and interest of the old wall and a glimpse into the world beyond, showing us the beautiful coastal location, the exposure handled very well.
1st place sueriley
2nd place retsoor
3rd place garethjmorgan and Noelcmn
I'm happy to award HC's for the other entries all interesting and entertaining in their different ways.
