Hi All

Thanks for the great submissions, a varied interpretation of the Topic, we have towards a summit , from a summit , wildlife to the summit and a few summits

Very difficult to make a decision here , my passion is mountains , i was swayed to picking 3 mountain pictures , but had to put that to the back of my mind and think about the other detail, aspect , composition etc

3rd Place Going for the next Summit, Great Detail, Focus

2nd Place The Cage , Lyme Park, A very subtle submission , angle of the shot takes you to the top of the central pillar , taking your eye leftt and right to the other towers

1st Place Summit Wales , congratulations sueriley, , The colours in the mid area and lowlands against the twin tone of the far mountains and sky , typify , the hills, warm in the valley cold on the summits , would be interested to know if this was taken in Spring or Autumn , I'm guessing its spring snowfall Depth of field is great too

Loved the sepia of View from Summit, the Inversion and clouds on Mayrhofen also look like they are moving against the pin sharp mountains took my fancy too

As always great submission, thank you for taking the time to submit

Congratulations to Sue Riley for that atmospheric shot, wonderful!
Thanks for the third placing.... we have no mountains nearby, so lateral thinking had to come into play...
Congrats also to NewbieK50user.... and thanks Dewsburya for the competition
