Sorry for tardiness - I only just looked. Thank you for a placing Stan and well done wozfromcov and Vic. That's some lovely bokeh behind that blossom.

Thank you to all who took part in this competition. not as straight forward as I'd hope for judging as all the image have some merit.
Early Spring colour by Cdn_Sailor. Nice bright colour to herald spring. No idea what they are and I think some of the old debris could be cropped off.
Bird's eye view by Perspicador. Not sure if it's the bird or th blossom that is to be the main feature. The overal lack of sharpness detracts.
Spring Flowers by MHOL190246. A very bright image but think the depth of field detracts.
As springy as a spring thing by Nigelk. A nice image of the trees coming to life telling us winter is over.
Weistanental in spring by pipimels. Definitely a sign of Spring, also showing the hints of green among the dead of winter.
Spring Chorus by jofford. A sure sign of Spring, a display of daffodils.
Azalea in Morning Light by Johnwnjr. The early light has caught the blooms well but I think the background detracts from the image a little.
Blackthorn blossom by retsoor. Large clump of blossom which says Spring. The depth of field makes the blossom look even larger as it fades into the background.
Snowdrops by davidwozhere. Probably the first flowers seen at the begining of Spring and I think most photographers have taken images of these at one time or another.
New Life In The Garden by vic cross. Nice to see some wildlife instead of the many plants and flowers.
The old giving way to the new by Noelcmn. Nice image well lit and sharp. Maybe could be cropped a little at the left.
Snakes Head Fritillary by PRYorkshire Like the image but can't help thinking it is slighly blurred in places.
Spring blossom at work by wozfromcov.Liked the arrangement of this, the blossom taking center stage and the background suitably blurred out.
