Thank you to all who participated and for showing us some really unusual images.

Perspicador: Your Blackbird study is exactly as I remember them from my own garden when I lived in UK. I would have preferred the framing to show the subject looking in to the scene.
NewbieK50User: Liverpool Light Trails, a well executed shot with not too many blown out highlights and excellent composition.
MikePotts: The Goldeneye is a beautiful water bird and you've captured it well. I would suggest a closer crop to reduce the water content and show off the bird a bit more.
Johnriley: Love the lines and the impression of calm interrupted by torment followed by relative calm. Interesting shot and location.
VicCross: Fabulous, I've never seen anything like this. Well spotted.
JudithAnn: Great concept, well lit, good capture. For me, this is a portrait shot which doesn't really fit the landscape orientation. Perfect in all other respects, well done.
Noelcmn: I love the simplicity of this image, thank you. It could benefit from some post-processing work, I can see a b lue'ish hue near the bottom of the frame but that might be my monitor (TV).

3rd: John Riley, 2nd: Vic Cross, 1st: Noelcmn

Well done to all.

Wow, thank you Mannesty, for the 1st spot. I had expected some Zebra images, as they do lend themselves to this kind of challenge. I'm chuffed. Congrats to vic cross, wonderful sighting and excellent documentary shot and would have been my choice if I was the judge. I Like it. And of course to Johnriley, also an excellent shot, stunning composition. Thanks Mannesty, for the challenge, the judging and C&C. I'll have another go at PP, though it has already suffered quite a bit.
I'll have a new challenge up shortly.
