TLC needed

Beside this old makers plaque on the footbridge over 'Brunel's' railway lines beside The Roebuck Hotel was a Planning Application notice stating that repairs are planned shortly !
If the rest of the footbridge is in the same state as the plaque I had better not use the bridge until after that !
