Ancistrocerus Campestris or the "Happy Face Wasp"

You can barely make out the happy face on this wasp's back. I'm hoping to get lucky and get another image showing this "feature" better: two dots and an upturned curve below them. Here you see only the left eye and left side of its mouth.
