Shagorant

...it's either a shag or a cormorant. My money's on shag as there were several of these birds on the old boat pier at Longlands Lake, but never did they do the 'wings outstretched' stance so attributable to cormorants. However I'm open to hearing the wisdom of more experienced birders than me.
