I was down on the beach at Robin Hoods Bay last Saturday - playing around with the 10 stop ND.
As I was walking off the beach - across the rocks covered in seaweed - the sun was fierce and straight at me.
So - I fired a couple of shots off straight in to the sun with the 10 stop filter on. You can tell how bright it was by the shutter speed - normally with this filter anything under a minute is a complete white out. This one at 1/100!
An interesting effect I thought
