Late developer !

Lillies usually bloom in mid summer but this was taken this afternoon !
It is a bloom on a pot that my wife was given early this year. After it had finished I put in a sheltered spot in the garden. Around June new leaves appeared and it (very) slowly matured to full bloom now - despite the ragages of the slugs and snails !
