Low Winter Sun

by johnriley

It was a race against time when a sudden patch of blue sky appeared and the sun shone, with that fantastic feel of a cold, crisp winter day. Down to the mine clutching the Pentax 17 I went, only to find it was too early in January and it was closed. So I pushed the camera between the bars of the gate and shot the sleeping museum, catching just in time that gorgeous low winter sun.
