Look Up #115

This building gives you the impression that its facade is out-of-focus when you look at it with your eyes, and through the medium of a lens. I suspect, but don't know, that this because of the very thin strips that make up the bands wrapped around the building reflect light against each other, back and forth, blurring each other just enough for the entire band to look fuzzy. Is there a physicist out there who has a different explanation? Tamron 70-300mm
