Empty bottle

Rather disgusting really, this is at OR Tambo International Airport long term parking lot. I simply cannot understand why people cannot make the effort to discard the bottle in a bin. And placing it on the fire hydrant makes it even more conspicuous. Not exactly the kind of message to give to tourists, many of whom will come through the gates of this airport.
