Pollo con formaggio e prosciutto

Dinner party Saturday - breast of chicken stuffed with fresh sage,Mozzarella and St.Agur , rolled in prosciuttto and foil baked for 20 minutes.Served with a sauce of Mornay with St.Agur and dry white wine and English mustard.Accompanied by fresh steamed asparagus with olive oil,parmesan shavings and Balsamic vinegar & sauteed courgettes with oregano and lime juice & Parmentier potatoes.Wines were Cava or Portugese Montaria.Plates by Wedgewood ( Edwardian pattern )napkin rings silver ( by ebay ).Oh and Pentax K20D , 18-55 , tripod,fill flash f6.7 , 1/45th sec ,ISO 400.
