Recipe for a Perfect Day
by davidstorm
What a perfect afternoon.....the K-m on a tripod, Sigma Macro lens attached, BBQ cooking the steak and sausages to perfection, a bottle of cold Peroni and the sun beating down. This shot hasn't been 'staged', this is how it was this afternoon in our back garden. It doesn't get any better than this.

Great image, just don't knock over the camera once you had a few bottles of Peroni.

This is a perfect advertisement photo. I'm glad you drink an Italian (very famous here) beer....even if in Italy we look for stranger brands.Great photo and you're right: best large.By the way: a famous actor or actress is missing to complete this screenplay.

Thanks for your comment Giulio, I rarely drink Italian Beer, but this afternoon seemed perfect for it! I prefer a good bottle of wine (white or red), Italian is perfect!
Best wishes

Sounds like a good afternoon to me David - I was chasing birds of prey around Bedale sweltering in 28 degrees
Think you got it right - nice shot too

Cheers Shaun, the steak was great! You can have steak when you're in training can't you? I hope we can have a BBQ and invite all of the Pentaxians later in the year...problem is we can't predict the weather in advance in this country!
Regards
David

this photograph make me hungry! .. I don't know if you know but I'll try to ask . I see time exposure 1/800 sec at only 320. What are the settings to do this? I have a Pentax k-30, I can do the same with my camera?
Or probably I'm doubt, is this photo made in a dark place?
