Verdure

The Venford Brook runs from here down a steep hanging-valley into the River Dart.

I can almost hear the noise of those cascades. I particularly like the splashing effect on the front one, and the hair-like water falling more slowly on the right of the cascade.
Lighting fabulous, as always.

Thanks very much to Will, Giulio and Blaze for the very encouraging comments
I have written a blog post about how to find this place, if any of you are visiting this area in the future... plus some thoughts on the anthropomorhic rocks between the falls here
Please feel free to add any thoughts/ questions to the blog, as always

That one is a stunner Phil, all credit to you for producing such a fine shot, particularly as it's a stitched image.

Thanks ever so much for the encouraging and considered comments from Leep, Maria, Andy and David
To include only the elements I have done in this with the lens I used, it needed two frames. There was quite a bit of overlap between the frames, which helped reduce parallax issues and the flow of the falls was very consistent
