Sleepless ....

.... in Seattle! Going through the recent slide scans I came across this one shot on September 6, 1991, in Seattle, WA. I assume it was an apartment block. The camera was an SFX with an F35-70 using KR64.

These make wonderful patterns and you've caught the general tenor of the backs of these buildings really well. If you are in New York, there are some excellent, similar opportunities from "The High Line". (I can't post any 'cos they were taken with competing glass).
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Like it! Can be fun going through old slides/ film and discovering that one actually took some pretty 'o.k.' shots before digital too over!

"West side story" comes to mind with this image, it takes me back to when i was twelve and i fantasised the leading man was singing to myself (Maria) all the way through the film thank you for sharing this fab picture which has taken me back!
