I like this landscape a lot,Nezih, the folds in the hills and the seed heads in the foreground. I wonder how long that wall has been there?

Nezih, The thing I like about the forum is that you are teaching by example. I have been made more aware by your landscape and Andrew's beach picture recently, that if you want real depth in a picture you have to have focus and interest in the foreground, at your feet, as well as in the distance. I tend to forget that at times and concentrate on the middle distance.You have some great open spaces around Konya. I took a lot of pictures of Seljuk caravanserais a few years back. I see now that some have been restored, that's good, but I must get back before they are all 'done up'!
